I mean +29 health isn't that bad...but the rest is just too strange.

that staff is a great salvage.... health plus 29 is worth a nice penny, and +1 skill wrappings are very rare, and since its a monk one it may be worth alot, although it isnt perfect

Like Many games, the drops are set to be pretty random, But I've seen worse
in other games, GW is actualy not so bad with it. Those odd drops are very
rare and to be honest, they usualy have good things you can salvage out of
them...

Now for that staff you have posted. dont foorget that its really just a
Ele / Necro staff, Because you can replace the wrapping of protection with
a ele, necro, health or whatever else.... * its not a permanent problem that
cant be fixed*

I once had a gold healing ankh that had +12 energy and, as a special modifier -4 energy on top of that for +8. That was about the oddest thing I ever found.

Strangest REAL weapons? Defently hats off to FN Browning/Hersal.. They're designs are wierd, but effective.

As for strangest GW weapons? Any monk weapon to deal damage :P
